Congrats on getting your first period. Your period will be different every month. Some months it will be heavy and othere months it will be light. The blood can be brown that's when your starting or ending. Since you just started your period today then you may begin to see blood when you may starting tomorrow.
You do not always see blood when you pee but you will when you wipe. The color varies, it can be red, brown or pinkish. You will need to mark the beginning date down on a calender and count from the last day of your period at least 23 days Some people have long cycles others dont but it usualy ranges from 20-28 days.
It will be hard to keep control of it at first but just make sure to mark it down on a calendar and you'll be fine.

If it's your first period then congrats, hope you have something good planned to celebrate :o)

1. The blood will be menstrual blood from your vagina, some will be around the opening of your vagina so when you pee the pee washes it away.

2. Menstrual blood is normally red, but it can be very dark red to the point of being black, or brown if your period is light as the menstrual blood mixes with your discharge.

3. You don't, the average menstrual cycle is 28 days - that's from the first day of your period to the first day of your next period. While your in your teens your periods may not be regular as your hormones are all over the place which affects your periods, so you may not notice a pattern - it's a good idea to note down your periods so you can try to see a pattern, until you find the length of your menstrual cycle it's a good idea to keep pads, softcup or menstrual cup with you in case your period comes out of the blue.

4. See above, in time you will learn how long your menstrual cycle is so how many days there are between periods, thus you'll be able to tell when your next period is due. You may also find some changes to your body before your period is due, some girls get cramps, bloating and PMS (although you can do plenty of things to prevent all that), I personally notice me pee smells stronger a few days before my period is due so that's how I tell.

Periods are only as good or as bad as you make them, the more you know about your periods the better as you know what to expect and what to do if something strange happens. There is a very good guide to menstruation on Scarleteen, I'd recomend you have a read through it so you know what is happening and you have an idea what else you may need to learn about. Brown is normal sometimes. Don't worry about that.
Yes, you will get some blood when you pee.
It can be brown, like now and it will be red also.
You should get it again in 28 days if your cycle is as such, or you could go longer or shorter time between. Everyone's cycle is not the same, but 28 days is a good bet.
Welcome to womanhood honey.

there are websites to help you track your period, mycycle.com (I think is one of them), they are free to use, that way you know when you will start, etc. Don't be nervous, it is a very natural thing to happen and you will become more comfortable with it after the first couple of months, just try to relax...the bleeding will turning red and some blood will come down when you use the rest room, but this is all ok.

ok well your period happens every three to four weeks. you will know it is coming because you might get back ache or tummy ache. or sometimes you might not feel anything at all. make a note of it on your calender and after a while your period will begin to come ruffly the same time each month, 1..yeah you do 2... red or browny colours

1. no not really because its two diff holes.
2. at first it might be brown or towards the end of your period it can be brown but normaly a dark reddish colour
3. you wont know until you come on it because it takes about a year to settle into a cyle so you will only know when you pull your trousers down and be like oh dear. so just carry a pad with you to be on the safe side.
but you can also tell by if you get cramps just before you will know it wil be soon so defo have a pad with you then. or if you ca tell you have changed moods like become depressed or moody or whatever.
and welcome to the adult world
kinda sucks =/
xx

1. Are you asking if blood should come out when you pee? if so, no, it will sometimes but not always.
2. Brown is normal for your first period, maybe even your first few.
3. You won't. Usually when you first get your period its irregular, very random, but eventually it will start coming once a month.
4. You may feel cramps, bloating, headaches, you could be cranky, or you may not know at all. Some women don't PMS at all.

1. am i ment to get blood when i wee ?
only on your period if its real heavy but its not suppose to be alot coming out when you go potty

2. what coulor is it ment to be ?

red and brown at the end of ur perios wen ur body gets rid of old blood

3. how do i know when i will next get my period ?
mark on a calender when u have ur period and count how many days til ur next period and thats ur cycle pattern but since u just started it'll take 2 years for the number of days between periods to stay the same

4. how will i know its time again ?
cramps headaches chills trust me u'll know

Congratulations!!! This is a wonderful right of passage, but to answer your questions...when you bleed from your period, expect to see your pee a little brownish sometimes. As you come to end of your cycle, you'll notice that you'll see less and less until its all gone. What I do for my 13 year old is get some maxi pads and panty liners...she uses the panty liners right before she expects to get her period and when its going away. If you're anything like me, I get very swollen "down there" and achy...so a big pad irritates me. Use the thin pads w/ wings so that you don't get all of your panties messy. Please be proud of yourself. All women experience this, so there's no need to be ashamed. The color of the blood can range from bright red to drk brown, you should have your period every month--usually between 28-33 days...so be prepared...drop some wipes in your purse and a few panty liners--to wipe off frequently-- so that when the time comes, you'll be prepared. Another thing...you should be prepared to change your pad every 2 hours, this will cut down on the smell and messiness. Mark your calendar the day that your period begin each month and then count 28 days and expect it that day....Congrats again!!!!

If the stuff in your pad is brown then its discharge and you havent started your period yet..but you will soon..and there is nothing wrong with discharge..usually it comes a lot

Now if its blood and brown then its just because the blood has been sittin up in there for a while..and well theres nothin wrong with that eather

-then this is how i could tell when or around the time i was gonna get mine was the first time put it on the calender, and did it the next..and its supposed to be once a month

usually first periods are eather heavy or come at weird times so dont freak..it will regular out as you get more periods

well first off... you will know when u have it when your vagina sends u a secret message in a bottle...it will say something like this.." hello! youve got period!" and then ur pants will explode with blood. by the way...its usually red.

Young girls can have that kind of symptoms. Menstrual cycle is very specific and individual, and can range 24 days to 37 days. Duration is not so important but the regularity is very important. At the beginning cycles could be not regular
