Very early period, can this be normal?!

Question: Last time I had my period was last month on the 20th. For the past couple of days, I been having a brown discharge. Just now, I been starting to bleed. But Im not due until around the 22nd! Im 17, sexually active, not on birth control, and I do use condoms. Last time I had sex was on the second day of my period last month.

Am I ok????

ya your fine. periods almost never start on the same day as your last period.

To me you sound fine, but if your still really worried see a doctor

sometimes but put on pads and clean it

that's normal it your hormones have a lot to do with your cycle

I don't think you are having a problem, you just need to douche every once in a while if you are active sexually.

Safe sex (not getting pregnant) is generally 5 days before your period and 7 days after and during your period. but only if you are very regular. The amount of days before and after have a safety factor figured in because you could add a few days to both but why take that chance.

Safe sex (not getting STD) you must use a condom, and they are not 100% effective in preventing STD's or pregnancy.

Besides that you don't bleed during your period, what is happening is that the tissue in you uterus that was prepared to receive a fertilized egg is sloughing off. It's not blood.
