I find them quite debilitating & they last about 10 days.
i can help you...kinda...ive had them. but what do you mean "how do i find them?"
every girl goes through a phase where she gets heavy periods. if your worried yours are too heavy or they cause you pain, talk to a female you trust or go see your local GP.
I tend to get heavy periods in cycles and when they come I hate them, men dont realise how bloated, puffy, aching that you feel and once in a while theyre light and gone in a few days
all my life, it was hell. i would literally be in bed feeling like i was dying. a hysterectomy fixed that. Good luck!
