theres no need to worry at all about that.. my best friend has exactly the same thing. she gets blotchy marks on her neck and top of her chest wenever she is nervous or wenever she is around a guy that she likes or a bf.
Some people are just very shy when it comes to being on show to important people who maybe you are trying to make a good impresison on.

There isnt really anything you can do to stop it im afraid, its very normal with some people. Just try your very hardest to relax and not think about it, the more you think of it being there on your chest, the worse it gets.

Its horrible i know, my best friend used to get teased about it, she never gets it anymore though because shes learnt to feel comfortable and not notice it.

when you get embaressed the skin pigment change colour. sometimes it happens on the face, or other parts of the body. when i get embaressed my ears and neck go red. lol

It could be a deoderant or hair product you/your sigificant other uses!
