I haven't gotten my period since beginning of February?!

You're still young, and your body is still developing, so you can expect to have erratic periods for a while. Are you eating healthily? girls with bad eating disorders can get into all sorts of trouble with their periods. Stress too can upset the menstrual cycle, whatever age you are - so just worrying too much about it could affect it!
If everything else is ok, you're healthy etc etc, then don't start worrying. If nothing happens in the next couple of months, go and see your doc, they can give you all the reassurance you need.

my periods are really irregular and im 16. my GP said it takes up to 18 months from your first period for them to become regular
I had that happen to me too when I first began menstruating. If you are worried see a doctor.
