Can women rape a guy?!

it is, but its usually a lot harder because guys cannot get an erection (in the case they are date raped, knocked out, etc)

which is extremely hard to have sex with unless given enhancement (viagra, cialis etc)

Yes. Rape is when a person says no and the other person keeps on.

Yes, it's possible, just not as frequent/heard about.

Yes. If he says no, and you put him inside you anyway, that is rape.

sure if the guy is smaller than the girl and maybe tied up

yeah its possible...if the women is bigger and stronger then the guy or if she drugs him.

Sure they can. Rape doesn't just mean sex as far as I'm concerned. If a woman holds a guy down and forces oral sex on him, I consider that rape. Because if a man were to hold me down and force oral sex on me I would consider that rape. Why should it be any different for a guy than a girl?

yes it can happen, but it usually involves an adult women and a child. It could be hard for a women to take control over a man, simply because man are usually stronger

yes women can rape men. when one says no and the other refuse to the no and does it anyways, then that is rape. it just haven't been heard. cuz it's usually the other way around.

No woman could rape me! I never say 'no' to a woman so it would always be consentual.

its not possible. definition of 'rape' stands for some degree of penetration when e victiim is unwilling or is misled into having sex.

for 'rape' to occur, there has to be technically some degree of penetration and penetration cannot occur if e guy doesn't have an errection which can only then penetrate.

therefore if a woman tries to 'rape' a guy and is successful, it means that e guy is willing since he had an errection (which must mean he is finding it pleasurable) which would then not make him a victim.

im a law student and my study group and i discussed this qns too! ^^ im any case, the law mostly protects woman 1st when the accusation of 'rape' comes up so in most statutes concerning 'rape' its mostly points out a female as a victim. i mean if a man rapes a woman, e pain is definitely on e woman but if a woman rapes a man, e man doesn't feel physical pain i suppose.

Edit: The English common law defined rape as "the carnal knowledge of a woman forcibly and against her will."[12] The common law defined carnal knowledge as the penetration of the female sex organ by the male sex organ (it covered all other acts under the crime of sodomy).

Some places, such as the state of Michigan, USA, do not use the term "rape" at all in criminal codes. MI uses the term "criminal sexual conduct" for acts which colloquially would be referred to as "rape" or "sexual assault".[2]

- my country follows e english common law system so for e exact term of 'rape' e statute refers a woman as e victim. so i think for woman manipulating e male sex organ to 'rape' him against his will, would be covered under other form of sexual assault other than 'rape', at least for my country it is. although biologically imo not really possible.

i understand that most jurisdiction covers 'rape' more widely and have classified males as victims too. however at least for my country e stautes still points toward females as victims. maybe im anal abt definitions and classifications lol.

with that being said, i do agree that experiencing pleasure does not turn non-consent into consent immediately. however i think e action belies what the supposed 'victim' saying no anyhow. afterall it all one person's word against another in accussing rape. i dono abt this area but its worth some exploring ^^

yes

Yes, a woman can rape a male. It hardly ever happens because less than 9% of the reported rape cases involve a woman assaulting a man.

The definition in many jurisdictions now has nothing to do with 'penetration'. Rather, statutes largely classify rape today as forcing another to engage in sexual acts without their consent. Rape also has nothing to do with whether the victim experienced any sexual pleasure during it. What makes it rape is the lack of consent. Thus someone that says 'no', or someone that is unconscious or incapable of consent, or someone that is under the age of consent all would be victims of rape if the other party has sex with them, whether the victim is male or female.

If the man gets an erection by the female manipulating his penis or otherwise and the female positions herself to have sex with him against his will, it is rape whether he ultimately ejaculates or not. Rape is, once again, having sex with someone without their consent and experiencing pleasure or even orgasm doesn't turn non-consent suddenly into consent.

Technically, yes, a woman can rape a man but the effects will not be the same as a woman being raped by a man. Medical examination of raped women will show vaginal trauma or tearing, that is of course if the woman was struggling to resist the penetration.
