Birth control is not so sensitive that if you take it late, it's not going to work. As long as you're taking one EVERY DAY, then you're ok. Doctors like to say to take them at the same time every day to get you in the habit of taking them. Most suggest in the morning, but I like to tell people to take them before bed because it makes some people feel yucky and it's better to sleep through the side effects.
Whichever you feel like. As long as you don't miss the pill completely.

Take tomomorrows at your normal time, not the time you took it today.
Pills should be taken every day (evening, before going to sleep) approximately at the same time (for example 21:00 - 23:00.
