i get that at the start too and im on number 7 :S you have to be really relaxed and not be expecting pain, and make sure you arnt dry, use lube if you have this problem. Otherwsie i really want to know aswell...
in some women it takes more than 5 times.. there is no definite count however if its unbearable after say 10 times get yourself checked you might have a rigid hymen and that is painful

no, it won't always hurt. for some it takes a while for the pain to go away. just give it time and it'll stop. you said it hurt on the third time too, so i'm guessing you've had sex three times. i'd still give it 2 or 3 more times and if it's still painful i'd talk to someone. but it's completely normal for it to hurt for more than just the first time.
yeah when you do it more often.. even me after being married for 3 yrs. when we dont do it for say a week. it kinda hurts but not alot.. hope i helped..
yeah... the more you have sex the more your body will get used to it. after a few more times you will start to just enjoy it.
