You take your bra off at night to get comfy...bra's support your breasts and usually have underwire so its not so comfortable to sleep in. I started shaving my legs when I was around 12...I asked because I needed to do it and my mom said Sure ok. She sat on the side of the tub with me and taught me how to shave my legs. It was fun, but be careful because it does hurt if you nick yourself.
you dont have to take your bra off. i dont and so dont some of my friends. age i cant remember but i just went up to my mom and said i think i need to start shaving and the rest is history.
you take your bra off at night b/c you move around a lot and the breast tissue gets tire too and wears off. pluss they need oxygen too so to let them " breathe" . i started shaving at age 12 i think... i just said to my mom,... that since i do sports / wear shorts a lot... that my friends all started shaving there legs so i was wondering can i? you just have to keep shaving ...

Its not comfy to sleep in a bra haha. It gets all itchy and twisted up. I started shaving when I was 11.
