The school nurse will always be able to lend you one for the first day, or the first few in some cases, if she/he is nice. If you have started getting menstrual pains then it would be wise to carry some around with you, so as soon as you do start, if you do start at school, you will be fully prepared to put a pad on!
Good luck

The school nurse should have that styuff on hand, or talk tou your teacher.

go to the nurse
she'll have plenty of them
but some schools require you to have a nurses pass instead of just a bathroom pass or something, so if your school does that then just tell your teacher you don't feel well and ask if you can go to the nurse
or if you trust your teacher enough, then tell them

im sure ur able to ask ur friends for some if they have theirs already. u can ask the front office. they always must stock pads because they have an order of care for the students so they will always have some. u could call ur mum if it ever does happen and get her to bring u some. but u could always easily avoid this by always being prepared and keeping some on u no matter what time of the month it is.

keep a small packet of pads in your bag all the time and if you forget to do that use toilet paper.

it is a strange feeling at first, but now as it is over you may please be prepared for the next time. please keep a pack in your school locker, and if it is your second time you may also keep one in your bag to avoid any delays.

hey girl go to talk to your mother

Make sure you have a sweatshirt at school to cover any stains on the back of your pants if you get it. Is there a womens product machine in the girls bathroom? If ther is one make sure you have quarters on hand. If there isn't a machine, talk to your mom and ask if you can bring some to skool in case it happens.
