Question: if so, how did you cope?

Answers: if so, how did you cope?

I think the question is do you worry about everything or is there one thing that has you upset? If you worry all the time about lots of things you may have anxiety disorder. Which you doctor needs to know about. And if it is just one thing that has you worried, then remember 90% of the time it is not as bad as we think it will be. Pray changes things. So pray and let the Lord worry for you. What ever you are going though I hope and pray it will be over soon. With a good out come. And yes I have been that nerves before. But most ever time it wasn't as bad as I though.

Yes. When you start feeling tense and nervous, the best thing you can do is take slow, deep breaths. Inhale through your nose and hold the air in for 5 seconds and then slowly exhale through your mouth.

It really helps.

Pray about it! Just take slow breaths talk to someone about it. 9 times out of 10 it won't be worth the worries.
