I hurt really bad please will you help me?!
Question: ok so i dont know whats going on, im alone and i cant get anywhere or to anyone to help me, but i hurt right where my fallopian tubes and ovaries area is, like, ok girls (where the thong straps would go) and it affects my whole lower part of my stomach sometimes but that once in a while, and its not cramps, i know that much. its only on the left side. it really hurts there like a horrible pain and then once in awhile it feels like, probably like what a gun shot would feel like, its like a sharp pain. what do you think it is, is it something i can fix at home, or is there something i can do to back off the pain, its also making me dizzy and light headed, it was hurting a little bit but i didnt think nothing of it and a little dizzy now both things are worse. please help!!! oh and maybe age helps with ideas of what it is, im 17 i feel like throwing up as well No im not a virgin, i have been sexually active not like slutty tho and sometimes i have to pee really bad but nothing comes out!!

no matter what the answers are on here you need to go see an obgyn. it isn't a big deal to see them and they will make you feel very comfortable. no one on here is going to tell you it's fine or that it is even something in particular and you won't have to do anything.
you really need to get checked out by a doctor b/c it could be anything. us woman always have something odd going on with our bodies! go get it checked out and clear your mind! you said you are alone and can't go anywhere or talk to anyone. this is important and you can go somewhere. do you live alone or something? feel free to email me but you need to talk to someone. make a gynocologist appointment and have a friend take you if nothing else. if you are in really bad pain then go to the emergency room!
Sounds like a Kidney stone to me get to the doctor as soon as you can
You need to see a doctor---you have either a kidney infection or a urinary tract infection.
Might be your appendix... you need to get to the doctor today!
You might have a urinary tract infection. See a doctor and get antiobiotics.

Go to the school nurse right away and report your symptoms. The nurse will help you to get the help you need. Only a doctor can help you.
Sounds like you have a ruptured cyst. Another symptom is etopic pregnacy. Both are emergenices. Especially if you are feeling dizzy. Go to the ER now. IF you have a ruptured etopic pregnancy, your life could be in danger. DOn't wait
Maybe there is something wrong with one of your ovaries or a ruptured cyst, it might even be your kidney stones. But if i were you I'd talk to your mum or go see a doctor.

Sounds like Kidney stones to me too.
Hun, you need to see a doctor ASAP. If you are throwing up, there is something VERY SERIOUSLY wrong!!!!!!!!!!! It sounds like you may possibly have a tubal pregnancy or a burst cyst.
Good grief, please see a doctor! This doesn't sound like anything you should be trying to handle yourself. I know ovarian cysts can hurt a lot--can't imagine why that would cause peeing difficulties, though.
PS, it's not your appendix, that's on the right side.

Kidney stone it sounds like. There isn't much you can do other than drink lots of water and wait it out. I've had two of these and it hurts everytime it moves through your system. it will go faster if you keep moving but it's going to hurt when it moves and therein is the delima. I wish you lots of luck
it could be your ovaries are you about to start your cycle in about a few weeks because with me about two weeks before i come on my period on of my ovaries hurt but only for about one day i usually take some motrin and that ease the pain but you should get checked by you ob/gyn
You sound to me like a kidney or urinary track. They really hurt bad... or maybe a kidney stone in any case you need to see a doctor to be treated for any of these above things or to find out what it is. It's nothing you should mess around with.
call 911, they will get you to the hospital. then a doctor can see you. calling 911 takes away all other reasons for not being seen by a doctor.
