If you feel comfortable you can ask your guidance councilor at school. I am not sure where you live, but your doctor does not have the right to talk to your dad about your health concerns.
I also think if you told your dad you would b.c. to regulate your period, he may want to drop it there. (No male wants to talk about periods) and it is better than telling him you are preggers!
PS Condoms are just as effective and help protect against STDs!
