don't worry eat good food without much of oil presence and try to do little exercise

try to eat lean meat like chiken, turkey, fish has protien that will help to lose weight and dont forget fibre and veggies, fruits

nothing works unless and until we EXERCISE.

It's pretty simple but yet oh so complicated... Make sure that you are burning more calories than you are consuming each day. I used to do personal training and nutrition counseling and usually recommend a 500 calorie per day deficit. Ok, so that's the non-complicated part. There is an equation that will use your age, resting heart rate, and weight to determine your estimate daily caloric output. You can also find out your target heart rate so that you know how to monitor your cardio workout (I.e. When you are burning carbs vs. Fat or muscle). You can use a food log to find out how many calories you normally consume each day. The best thing you can do is hire a nutrition expert analyze your food log of at least three days (normal eating- no dieting). They will then be able to slowly modify your eating and exercise habits so that you don't throw your body into survival mode. Once you start starving yourself or obsessively exercising, your body will become resistant to a change and it will be much harder for you in the future. Most people who diet using extreme methods end up packing on the pounds they lost and then some. I helped my dad lose 100 pounds when he was 55 years old! He had been overweight his whole life! He has kept it off for ten years now! Some other tips: Cut out white breads, starches, even crappy wheat breads. Add more vegetables to your diet. If you are going to eat a salad, don't fool yourself when it comes to dressing. Most creamy dressing have as much calories as a big mac. Try going to a Henry's, Trader Joe's, or Sprouts to find good organic, fat free, low sugar dressings. Eat lots of small meals (5 per day). Pack a lunch for work. Drink at least a gallon of water per day- cut out sodas and juice. No artificial sweeteners either. Don't eat late! Give yourself at least three hours of digestion before you hit the hay. Don't skip breakfast. This boosts your metabolism and helps you to not get too hungry and do the lunchtime BINGE. Don't neglect weight training. One pound of lean muscle burns an additional 80 to 100 calories per day at rest and even more if you are moving around! You can do it!
