Who can tell me what pathologicals and narcissists are?!

well firstly, pathological what? - pathalogical liar, pathalogical thinking, pathological sleep disturbance - there is no such thing as a group labelled 'pathologicals'. Define your term.
Narcissists are individuals who lack normal emotions, namely empathy (towards everyone but themselves). Narcissists are very skilled at being 'charming' and use that to 'con' their victims. I say victims because that's what they are, in the end, when they find themselves devalued & discarded by a narcissist. Such persons leave a wake of devastation after almost every relationship. They cheat without remorse, emotionally abuse partners & leech of anyone that can give them 'supply' or what they want so to speak. Unfortunately, sometimes they start smear campaigns against the victim in order to gain supporters & cause huge financial troubles for the victim when they have decided the person is no longer of use to them. This causes more devastation as the victim is left to pick up the pieces. pathological is an adjective; it doesn't mean anything without a noun to modify. You may as well ask what smart, or fast, or boring are. Smart what? Boring what?
