Why have I been so obsessed with sex lately?!

Question: It's usually the guys who are sex obsessed isn't it? lol
For the past...4 days or so, nothing has been on my mind except sex. Wanting sex. I am sexually active, and I do have a boyfriend, and we do have sex a lot. So not having a boyfriend isn't the problem.

I never used to be like this. I mean I've always enjoyed sex, but I've never felt like I NEED it. Now, I feel like I need it lol. So my question...is this some sort of hormonal thing? I'm not on birth control yet, I'm waiting till I start my period. And I'm not PMSing, because my period is not for another 2 weeks. What's up?

I'm 16 by the way.

Actually this is a bit unusual...Most males come into their sexual prime at 12 to 18 years of age .Where as females don't come into their sexual prime intill mid-30's to mid-40's.
In other words God does have a sense of humor...LOL!
But for this to be happening to you at your age is just good old mother nature kicking your hormones into gear and letting
them run amuck...No big deal just be selective and keep protection with you at all times, and remember protection means more than just for pregnancy...its for STD's just as much if not more. Theirs a lot of nasty little strains of sexually
transmited disease that a few pills and a shot won't cure.
Sooo, I suggest you find one or more F-Buddies that are interested mainly in you, use lots of protection and let the good times roll! It's what I do..

omg i feel the same way...i think its normality!!! so have lots and lots of sex!!!!

HORMONES

pregnant? i was like that when i got pregnant it was the hormones

Hormones. Being sexually active you need to be on B/C. Don't give up the condoms either.

well since your sixteen;
you may just be you know growing older,
and it prolly is something hormonal.
and it is something normal if its only lasted four days;
that aint that big of a deal..
lol if it was something like weeks and weeks..
than yeahh.. that should be something to worry bout..
haha.

answer my q?

My gfs like that, i think once women know what it feels like its an all you can eat buffet. its normal as long as you're being safe have fun!

You need to get tested for being pregnant. I was the same way when I was pregnant. If your not, start the birthcontrol right away so you can have sex whenever you want and don't have to worry as much about a spur - in - moment thing. Forget a condom? Your birth control can help with that, altough I wouldn't reccomend it. Have fun!!!!!!!!

Well considering your age, it could be that your hormones are really starting to come into play. Even though your period is 2 weeks away, those hormones could still may you want it!

OR you could be pregnant! My suggestion to you...go buy a pregnancy test!

Enjoy!! And be careful!

It probably is hormones. You may be ovulating if you're not on hormonal contraceptives and it makes sense for you're libido to be up when your body is releasing an egg. Make absolutely sure to use condoms if you have intercourse during this time because you are statistically very likely to get pregnant mid-cycle. It is always possible that since you are sexually active, you could be pregnant, but I wouldn't worry about that until you miss your period. At 16 it is absolutely natural to be very consumed with desire for sex, and it is a myth that only guys "need" sex! My advice is to (safely!) enjoy this opportunity!
