Haha ben wa balls < i think im loose >?!
Question: haha im 7 months pregnant i havent had sex once in this time frame. ( single mom ) i have and use ben wa balls hehe but they keep sliding out O.o im fairly tight but im guessing i just have super untoned muscles??
Should i start with just 1 ball? i seem to loose one when i use 2 after about 5 mins of walking around it slowly slids out and fell out my pant leg and rolled across the kitchen floor ! my mom and sister were like "... ew.... " Lol
Just asking if i should start with just 1 ball and if im just that loose O.O

Actually, they work best when you use both; part of the stimulation comes from their interaction. Keeping them in is a matter of muscular control, which is part of their function: exercising the Kegel muscles. This is a case of "practice makes perfect".
That said, you may be able to find a slightly larger size that will work for you, or use a tight panty or thong to help retain them until your muscles are strong enough to do it on their own.
if you are having a natural birth none....it will be easier giving birth, however i think you should start with one, then go up to two.
