Why am I so tall?!
Question: I am 12 almost 13 and I am 5'7. I have always been the tallest girl in my class. all my friends are under 5'5 and I would like 2 know why I am so tall. Is it in family genes or what

This could be some reasons..of being that tall.
Well i am 15 and 5,7 and you are 13 5,7 good height..
Any wayz the reason could be that
~ You take bit too MUCH sleep.
~ Drinking milk a bit too much.
~ The growth could be abit more by vitamins C , Vitamin D , Vitamin E so eating alot amount of vitamin.
~If your father is too tall, then the chromosomes genes has been transferred more form father in you, or if it is a mother it could be your mothers genes has been transferred to you..
~ The taller you are the heavier you will be, as natural girls are not suppose to be that tall, but in your genes has been transferred from your parents or grand parents.
~ The growth will be continuing till you are out of teenage (19).

Yoour family may be tall and it may just be the genes,or they haven't matured as quickly as you have.
it is genetic and environmental.
you just had your growth spurt early.. I was exactly the sam way only I was 5'6'' at age 11! yeah now I'm 14 and 5'7' but everyone is now passing me up.. don't worry you only have a couple more years until you wont feel tall at all... PS I was tallest in my grade in 5-7 and in 5th i was even taller than my teahcer.. don't stress it!!!
