Girls, need period help again?!
Question: I've started my period and ever since i have alot of soiling (brown stuff) comes with the blood. i was shocked i thought i had pooed myself! I DO NOT WEAR TAMPONS. alot of people recommend it but my family members dont and i dont. Are there any pads that you know of that can deal with severe soiling? its a nightmare cause i keep having to change my pad....im still looking for the right pad as well just for my normal period. argh its a nightmare and im new to all of this :(

soiling is normal...it happens to every girl
try panty linner, if you dnt wanna use pads

If you don't want to wear pads you can wear pantyliner!
They are really cheap you can get them at walmart for a dollar!
I would recommend you wear always pads!
