You can't really tell your body how to grow and where to grow.... I am only 5'1 and "ful grown". My id says 5'3. I've always wanted to be taller but than it does have it's advantages.
Don't worry bout ur height. Just eat right. Workout or get some kind of regular exercise and be healthy.
You still have a lot of time to grow. Who knows maybe u'll have a growth spurt soon. It's one of the last things you need to worry about.
You can't make yourself taller. You're only twelve and haven't even begun to grow. As you reach puberty, your body will grow like a weed. Until then, eat healthily and drink lots of milk. Calcium and Vitmin D from the milk helps you grow big and strong.
Start playing basketball everyday, and skateboarding.

It will get you a few extra inches once you reach 15 or 16
