I have and so has both of my aunts. If you dont stick to the diet, it will make you crap your pants, how's that for motivation to stick to the diet! lol!
lol akm's answer is right good motivation.... i don't know about ali pills... never heard of them actually but any type of pill that is not natural to help you lose weight is bad for your body and will cause a yoyo effect so in the end you'll gain the weight back and probably even a few extra pounds for good measure.... i do have several friends who have gone to herbal magic though, and all have lost about 50lbs, it's expensive, but it works because it's not just a diet, it creates a lifestyle change so you'll stay thing and they won't help you go below a healthy weight and have weight counsellors to monitor you... much safer and better for you in the long run
