What are the chances that this girl will lose weight?!

I am sure she will be fine. We gain and lose weight all the time. I would be more concerned with how healthy she is both as far as her weight and how she loses it. Make sure that you support her in any effort she makes to lose weight, maybe exercise with her. Do not be too critical of her because this will probably make her emotionally eat and have the opposite effect of your desire.

If u like her and she is "very good" why does it matter?
She is young yet and her chances of losing weight should be pretty good unless she dont do anything. I am 25 and I lost 20 pounds just taking a half hour walk every day and watching what I eat a little bit. Not sure if that will help you but just be a great guy and offer to take walks with her just to get outside and you should see a difference.
do her a huge favor and breakup with her now, rather than waste any more of her time with an assss like you. plus, she looks fine, but if you aren't happy with her now, chances are~ you won't be happy with her 20 yrs from now.
