Bad period pains.?!
Question: I am only 12 so i cant take tablets when my mum isent around and she isent at the moment. Anyone know any physical moves i can do to help them? Or anything else? Please help because my stomach is really hurting badly :[

Heat a towel in warm water and put it on top of your tummy/ area.
It will help a lot.
lie on your back
legs above your head... apparently it works.. it never works fo rme though
try a hot water bottle.

Can you take aspirin tablets? if not, can you take the medicene like calpol?
I don't know what you mean by your mum not being around, but you must be living with a responsible adult? if so, tell them you need some pain relief and they will sort that for you :)
poor you, i sympathise :(
a hot water bottle and cuddle it lying on your side with your legs pulled up. this should let the muscles relax as much as possible during this time.
