Pads?!?!?!?!

Question: So I think I'm about going to get my period. And well I don't know what kind of pad to use. My mom has Always thins (regular) and I tryed one of them out and it was too big... :( And I don't know what kind would fit me if that kind doesn't. Well please recomend some brands and stuff like that to me.

you can get always thin slender and the store, they have a pink band and are made for teens :D

Usually they are kind of big and awkward, but that's the whole point. I'd recommend not using anything lighter than a regular. Maybe you could try something with wings to better contour your panties?

Try panty-liners to start with. If you get comfortable with those, other pads won't feel so bulky and uncomfortable!

I always used the ones with the wrap-around wings. They stayed in place better and didn't leak. I used the thin ones like you have but a pad is a pad and they're not terribly small or else they won't get the job done. The thinnest pads I'm aware of are the Always thins and that's what you already say you've tried. I prefer tampons, but that's a personal choice. I was too scared to try them when my period first started though so I'd understand why you'd want to use pads. You might consider tampons though. They are far more comfortable.

tampons are way better get your mom or friend to buy them ..... they make crmps go away and you don't feel them at all...i recommend tampax sport.... they are the best

carefree original longs but put two on each side of your underwear and it won't feel bulky I hate the big pads this way you will feel much better.good luck to you!change them everytime you go to the bathroom or every 2 hours

i havent used a pad since i tried tampons when i was 15. (16 now). but my favorite kind of pad was always with wings. always arent made form a clothy kinda material like most other pads. the blood and clots didnt stay sitting on the pad against my body when i used always pads. with the cloth pads, like kotex it felt like i was sitting in the mess. id suggest going for a pad with wings cause wingless pads bunch up in the crotch of your undies and blood leaks through the sides. for when you want to try tampons tampax pearl are great

I'm not too sure about brands as I'm in Australia and they are different here but if I wre you I would be trying ultra-thins. they are thinner than a regular and you hardly notice them.
