I pee when i laugh?!
Question: everytime i laugh, i start to pee. sometimes more then others.but mostly with my bff. and its embarassing when sometimes im just getting to know someone,and ill laugh and pee, so i try to wipe it by going to the washroom and just using toilet paper. but i have ahad bladder infections. before. and i had to practice my strength, because my bladder is weak.

That happens to me too sometimes, -usually when I am w/ my hubby or mum -b/c they are the funniest people I know, but doing kegel exercises has helped a lot. Try doing some kegel exercises, and it might not hurt to wear a maxi pad from time to time until your muscles are stronger -they've saved me a time or two!

Are you looking for advice? kaegels! it is interesting and sounds like it is becoming a pretty common practice.
Rather it's really embarrassing to pee yourself, but have you ever gone to a doctor/nurse? They might help you with your bladder infections. It mostly helps.
Hm I'd ask my doctor about that but if thats too embarassing I'd wear depends.. nothing to be ashamed of.

wear a pad or pantyliner, they are lifesavers
do kegal / pelvic floor excercises they will strengthen your ballder i used to have your problem but know i can need the toilet for like 9 hours and not let one bit out when i laugh, good luck and if you do not know what kegal/ pelvic floor excercises are search it on google.
