Since you are 12 or 13 at this point you do have one it just might not be fully developed or you are not excited enough for it to show real good. Try google the clit and they have some very good pictures of this. Get yourself a small hand mirror and check it out. Once you find it and later you have a boy friend teach him what you like and don't like when you have sex. Many guys think they know but they in fact need to learn and each female is different but at least he could have the basic and that could make a big thing later in life. This is very sad :(. It's there! It's usually hidden under a little bit of skin. If you poke it it will feel sensitive. If you're very young it may not be very obvious, as they are very small until you go through puberty. Good luck, you'll find it eventually!
