Hey i just wondering if you could help :( i think i have thrush but i not sure?!


Question: on the first day i had white spots round ma vagina so i was concernd n found out yougat helps so i did that,that got rid of the white spots but now on the 3rd day its really red n sore really itchy to!!! i never had sex so i no its no a std i tried vinger 2day not sure how its workin yet but i'll see. kinda to embrassed 2 tell my mum n sis about so i was wondering if theres any other ways of gettin rid of thrush with out taking the tablets n cream ??? please help its making me feel down :( thank you

Thrush only occurs in the mouth. What you have is a yeast infection. Keep eating the yogurt. And STOP the vinegar! That will make it worse! Whoever told you to do that was an idiot. Try to have 2-3 yogurts a day for the first few days. If you can't stand it, then go to a pharmacy and get lactobacillus over the counter. I like the AZO yeast tablets. Take 1 or 2 tablets about 3 times a day until you see a major improvement. Then take one tablet once a day. You can even take it after the infection is gone to help prevent them in the future.

And it's totally ok to tell your mom and sister. Every woman gets them at some point and they'll totally understand.

heey yes i think yogurt is great but sugar will make it worse so lay off the sweet fruity yogurts n get original-also u should cut sugar from ur diet for a while .
