How to lose fat on inner thighs?
How to lose fat just around the belly?

oooh! (Idk for the first 2 questions)
But for the third,

(I know this is gonna sound weird)
But it's a type of excersize.
Stand with your legs kinda apart, and move you waist in a
circular motion. (try not to move your uper body)
Go in a FULL circle.
(Thats one)and do that for 100 times in each direction.

Then, (another excersize)
Feet apart, and Move your waist forward as far as you can.
(like your poking out your crotch.lol)
Then bring it back, but keep going back as far as you can.
(like your poking out your butt this time.)
Do that 100 times.

So you just did 1 set of both excersizes,
But, you should repeat this so that your doing 3 sets
of them each.

Do it once a day, and in a week (normally a week, maybe 2)
you'll start seeing a diference.

you'll get a much tinyer waist!

I don't know about the other two, but a girl I know had her stretch marks disappear using a laser. She went to a derm for a couple of months and they completely disappeared

you can get stretch marks from loosing weight,losing fat the best thing to do is cardio do crunches and squats for you thighs.and you have to eat healthy.

1.) apply Buttermilk to the strech marks? ( i heard it works)
2. -3.) Exercise and eat healthy. No soda. No greasy fatty foods. etc.

watch the food you eat
cut back on the soda,candy,ice cream, etc...

Aerobics! Its the answer for ALL OF YOUR NEEDS!!!!!!!!!!

exercise...eat haelthy...try applying bio-oil to the stretch marks.....
