It is simply your bodies way of ridding the lining of the uterous during menstration. Some women have clots, others do not. I had themmy entire life and it wasn't unusual to get one in the middle of class and swear my insides were falling out! It is nothing to be alarmed about, especially if they are black, which indicates old blood. There are no home remedies, simply the way your body rids itself of the lining every month. Take it in stride, consider pads during the times when you expect the clots (I've had them so bad, they have pushed the tampon out at times). Just relax and realize it is perfectly normal part of your womanhood and your own unique body's way of ridding the lining of your uterus. Good Luck! Momma Kat

Yh...i just answered you other question hope it helped

goood luck

when mine are relay hevey I have that to but when mine are realy hevay I HURT and go thourgh like a pad an hour if you are bleeding that heavaly then i would find a doc that would listen if I drank lots of water ate more iron rich foods and held a heat pack on me I lived but its not fun

Many times, young women are frightened when they discover dark clots of tissue in their menstruation. Most often, this is a part of the endometrium (uterine lining) shedding and is nothing to be concerned about.
I hope that helps
Kate
