When you say my parents are out I am guessing her that they are at work. Now with that said you are now into the world as a woman and your life with a period is going to be for the next 40 years once a month like clock work(unless you become pregnant)so your mom chances are has some pads someplace, maybe in her room or the bath room. If she uses tampons then hold out until she gets home later. you can call her or check with on of your close neighbors call an aunt or your best friends mom. As another said use a paper towel and try and relax. Yes you will need to change it say once ever hour or so. the more you move around the more flow you will have. Warm showers seam to help it come out, don't be alarmed if there is clots, or chunks you are not falling apart. When your mom gets home she can go over these things with you better. I'm surprised she has not already. Welcome to the world of woman hood. BTW keep your purity ring until you reach at least 18.
Your period will keep going for about 3- 7 days. Tell your mom when she gets home and for now just put some toilet paper in your underware and everything will be fine!:)
Totally normal, don't worry. Periods last usually between 3 and 7 days. When you first start it may be lighter and fewer days, it also may not come every month.
You need to use a sanitary pad if you aren't using one now. its a pad made with cotton that sticks to the underwear.
Most likely your mom would have some, can you call her? If not just wad up some toilet paper for now and put it there.
dont worry .. it will go on for up to 7 days . wen u "get ur period" you dont only get it once . it comes probably once every 5 or 10 minutes for about 7 days on average. since u just got it it may only stay for three days . but dont worry its notmal and your fine . get big underwear and put a lot of toilet paper in and ull be okay until your mom comes home . and wen she comes hoem tell her about it . dont owrry everythigns fine
you period is supose to be longer than a day like 4-7 days then you get a 21-28 day break then you have it again, what do you mean you check every to minutes? go put a pad on, and when you mom gets home tell her.
When you get your period, it's an on-and-off flow for about 5-7 days. Put on a pad, or if you don't have one, some toilet paper in your underwear will work for now. Tell your mom when she gets home. She will be proud of you and will help you understand everything.
Don't worry. Put a paper towel in your undies. Paper Towels are more absorbant than toilet paper.
