It does sound like you are overweight, so if you want to get healthy you should take a look at what you are eating and how active you are. To lose weight and keep it off you'll need to pay attention to what you are eating and exercise more. Try to find some exercise that you like to do (playing sports, rollerblading, dancing, etc.) and do more of it. I make myself go jogging 3x a week even though I hate it, but I know if I don't I won't be able to fit into my clothes! I Really reccommend fitness magazine, it has great workouts and meal plans. You can buy a copy at bookstores, grocery stores, even Target. Make sure you eat 3 small meals a day and 2 snacks, just cut out some of the junk food & soda.

Luckily you are not extremely obese and are still young, so you are looking into this before it starts to have too much effect on your health. You'll also be able to lose weight easily if you stick with it. Just keep in mind you really have to change your eating and exercise habits for good if you want to keep the weight off. Set goals of losing 1-2 lbs per week, and then if you hit your goal reward yourself with something (not food). It's totally worth it for me since I now can fit into the cute clothes I love, and feel so much better about myself. I used to be a size 14, now I'm a size 8 and still losing a couple pounds each month & will be at my goal weight soon!

To find out what a good goal weight for you is, just do a search on the internet for healthy weight and you'll find plenty of sites that will help you out. To start off just set a realistic goal such as losing 5 pounds each month. Good luck!

just excercise for 1-3 hours, and eat 200-600 calories less each day!!

just start exercising after school, start walking around your neighborhood with you friends or parents. Or buy the biggest loser workout dvds and start working out there, eat healthy no fast food, if you do limit it to one time a week. eat fruits and veggies. good luck :)

umm.. srry but you really really need to control your weight and the way you eat. you crave something, eat it, and the flavor lasts for 5 seconds.. and then you add on weight and eventually when you keep overeating, overeating, over eating, you obviously gain weight.. im not saying dnt eat... EAT! just eat breakfast, lunch, a snack, and dinner thats all.. oh and stop with the junk fooddddd and cut off on soda.

personally i don't think your fat but a well balanced and healthy diet is definitely an option. More exercise is also required, remember weight loss is a gradual process. Good luck.

you need to lose 90 pounds to be healthy. exercise eat right (lots of fruits and vegtables) not a lot of junk (chips, sugars, fats, greases)

you'll lose weight. and i suggest getting your small intestine smaller meaning get a surgery to shorten the length of your small intestine and you'll lose a lot of weight with eating right exercising and the surgery

-NO POP
-NO FAST FOOD
-Eat 1500 calories a day
-EXERCISE EXERCISE EXERCISE
-Running, sit-ups, pushups
-No greasy foods...LOTS of veggies no red meat! Cut down on meat in general!
-1 hour a day
- Do this and you will lose weight in no time at all...I would guess If you do it right...you will have lost about 30 pounds by the end of summer probably even more!
-LOTS of water! about 15 cups a day! Water helps you lose!
-Spicey foods raise your metabolism...try adding a shake of cayenne pepper to things!

eat healthy and work out, if you do both ur good. Have a goal outfit you wanna fit into and a person you wanna look good for. Goals always help too. Good luck
