Is it ok to work out 5 out of 7 days a week for 1-2 hrs?!
Question: if i do this while being a vegetarian what type of results will i see? Will results come sooner than someone who eats burgers and meat? Im also cutting out sweets and soda and only eating organic natural food. on a 1400 calorie limit

As long as you have your doctor's okay and you're eating sufficent proteins, then yes, it's healthy. Good luck and congratulations on a healthier life!
As long as your in shape, and pay attention to signs that your body is giving you, I don't think it is too much.
