if you have to take a tylenol pm it want hurt you. then get on the computer, play a game or something. thats what i do. good luck.
That was me yesterday. I have such bad insomnia problems. My doctors told me it's bad just to lie there frustrated, no clue why but he's a doctor so he better know what he's talking about. Do something that doesn't involve a lot of Id don't know what you would say. Focus, attention, intrest like reading, watching a boring T.V. show, running, and baking. Parents love fresh baked treats, so that's a plus to the baking. lmao
White noise is supposed to be helpful like a washing machine or vacuum not that the rest of the house would be too happy.
