Really early periods?!


Question: Alright so i have just started exercising about 5 days a week about a month ago. My last two periods were really early... and this one just came it was only 16 days later, when its usually like 25! Is it just cause I'm exercising more?? Should it even back out or go back to the normal if i continue this exercise routine?

Your exercise schedule could very well be the cause. Diet changes, chemical changes and even new activities like exercise can cause absolute chaos to your ody's normal system and routine. Fortunately, as long as you are being healthy and haven't started taking a bunch of different diet medication, your period should reregulate itself shortly. As soon as your body figures out that the changes to it are for the better. Congrats on the new exercise regime, and good luck!

Well i have heard u go on the pill and it comes the same time every month but if ur gonna do that i think u should stick to ur excising routine

Go to the doctor. You may have cysts on your ovaries.

Yea its normal. exercising will upset your hormones for a bit. but if you stick to that regular exercise it will calm down as your body adjusts.

Don't fret too much. just keep note of when you get your periods on calender

you may be losing weight(YAY!)which may cause your body to react with shorter lengths of periods.
