I've also suffered from this same problem. Hearing that you may "just have a sensitive stomach" doesn't really answer why you're having this problem, and the average person has no idea how completely horrible it can be to feel sick all the time. The trouble is, nausea can be caused by SO MANY different triggers, so without testing, it's really just a guessing game as far as what might be causing your symptoms. Have you looked into the symptoms of irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), or gall bladder trouble? I myself was diagnosed with both of these problems with the same symptoms you're having. Although most claim that IBS is a lower intestinal issue, some can experience only nausea--and although gall bladder troubles usually include a radiating pain, some people can have gall bladder problems (like me!) without pain.

Three suggestions: 1) If this persists, you should really consider seeing a GI specialist to get help and rule out anything potentially serious. 2) Take some time to keep a careful food journal and see if your symptoms are triggered (or made worse) by particular foods. This will also be helpful if you do, in fact, follow suggestion 1! 3) Try eating smaller meals more frequently and upping your fiber intake.

Hang in there. I know first hand how terrible that feels!

Sometimes people just have rather rebellious stomachs. Its absolutely nothing to worry about.
Just eat the right foods in slower and smaller quantities, and all should be fine.
If you are actually BEING sick, then you might want to see a doctor just to make sure you are all ok =]

You ate too much.

ate 2 much?
maybe its what youre eating..some people have sensitive stomachs...try something light such as soup, salads, bread...see how you feel after. work from there to find out what causes you to want to throw up.

Are you feeling nauseated? It may be diarrhea or the stomach flu or a virus.
