i know when i hurt my back the doctor suggested. that i stand against a wall. put your shoulder back and pull your pelvic in. it is very awkward fist but it helps. also try tightening your abs when you walk. and trying to catch your self every time you see yourself slouching, I have to catch myself all the time .lol its hard.

The age old remedy to that problem is to practice walking with a large book balanced on your head.Yes it looks foolish, but it does work.

You could try yoga. It helps you be more flexible, and put your shoulders back when you sit or walk it may seem silly but it helps straighten your spine.....thats what my mother always told me to do

Force yourself to stand up straight and take Calcium Supplements. Also do excercises like trying to make you shoulder blades touch....hold it for 5 seconds and release. Repeat this a few times. Do this whenever you think about it..like when your watchin TV or standing in line somewhere. It might take a while but it should help. But it sounds like you definetly need to get some Calcium in your system

First, get a physical done - - to be sure there are no problems on that end.
Next, have your doctor check out your cholesterol and ensure there are no blood problems.
Once the medical is not the cause we know it is within our lifestyle so we begin by changing our diet to a healthy diet, and moderate exercise ( as a starting point) three days a week, for about 1 - 2 hours each day.
Above all, make sure you dring lots of water...in the terms of six 8oz glasses per day.

If you need diet ideas..ask another question and I'll answer that one to help you get started.

When sitting, put your back against the back of the chair.
