I was in gymnastics for 9 years and never had this problem. The only way I can see it happening is if you have the tampon inserted wrong.

No it shouldn't fall out because they are design for sports.
If its a brand new one u just put in, then No :]] especially if u get the sport ones.
but if its kinda old like 30 min old it COULD(may)slip out becuase theirs blood on it and it culd ease out
so just make sure its a brand new one :]]
i know you wanted girls only, but my gf had one fall out, weather she didnt insert the tampon correctly or because of her heavy bleading, we dont know. but just so you know if your on your heavy days, change it frequently so this does not happen,
nope!.. not if you buy the right size. I like tampax pearl regulars.. they are just the right fit!.. and no, they won't ever fall out.
