I am concerned whether I have the symptoms of an Ovarian Cyst or I am pregnant??!

Question: I am 24 years old and since the 6th of April I have felt "just not right" and I had my period on the 22nd March, the symptoms I have been experiencing are:

:Cramps, pains in what feels like my ovaries
:Vaginal discharge, that is almost like water
:Nausea
:Bloating
:Sore nipples-with the veins on my boobs very noticable and tingly.
:Exhaustion
:Light headed, minor headaches.
and other things that I can't quite remember, but these symptoms have been consistant for the last 2 weeks. I am going to see a doctor this week to find out what is wrong.
Just wondering if anyone has felt like this before??
I have taken two pregnancy tests both negative, but I guess it would still be early days if I was.

Well two negative pregnancy tests tell me that more that likely you are NOT pregnant. The other weird symptoms could be from either ovulation because of the watery white or clear discharge and that would also cause sore nipples. Cramps can also come during Ovulation so that is not abnormal. I would not suspect an ovarian cyst unless you have had one before of the pain is on either the left or right side of your pelvic area. When you have your normal periods, do you get severe cramping? Well it's good you are going to see your doctor. If you normally do get severe period cramping as well as irregular and heavy periods you might have endometriosis. But I think all is OK with you. However if the pain is really bad, make sure you tell your doctor and ask for something for the pelvic pain. Good luck with everything!

Ovulation and getting ready to mentruate. Wait till your late to get a pregnancy test.

It may be too early for over-the-counter urine pregnancy tests to be reliable if you are pregnant. Your doctor may ask you to do a beta hcg, or blood test for pregnancy, which is far more reliable. If that level is elevated, you will be asked to repeat tha test in 48 hours. HCG levels usually double in 48 hours in normal pregnancies.

You are being very smart to see your doctor. Good luck!
