Sanitary towels and rashes GIRLS ONLY?!

Question: one of my friends just texted me saying she got a rash (like nappy rash) from her pads and asked me what to do, i havnt a clue though as i never even thought pads could do that to you,
Anybody have any solutions or ideas before I tell her to ask her ma!!

change her pad more, try putting some anti septic on it and have a shower with cool water and a very gentle shower gell like baby stuff then it should disspear =]
