Some womens' boobs get tender/swell a little because some women can get bloated. Not all women, but some.
They do get bigger but what i mean by when i say they get bigger is that they swell up. Depending one how ur body is, usually if you bloat alot, your boobs will get bigger and if you dont bloat at all, they might not grow at all.
