O yes my dear...speaking from the queen of heavy, 7-day lasting periods...goodness....mine usually were only heaviest for the first 3 to 4 days. As long as losing the blood doesnt make you feel drained or light-headed as if you were losing a lot of blood from a wound. But sweetie just stock up on those super duper heavy flow tampons/pads and grit your teeth and smile!
