Spotting brown blood and having on and off cramps in left side of stomach ! help!

That'just your period starting. That blood is brown because it's old. It's been there for a while trying to work it's way down. It's the first sign of your flow. Today is the 14th and it is normal for this to happen before you get you steady flow going on the 16th. Just relax, get yourself some chocolate and cheeseburger, and have a happy period!
You could have an STD. Go get checked for everything. With clamida you can spot and cramp a little. This is easy cured too with an antibiotic. Good luck, and use protection.
