Is the pimple directly on the nipple or areola?
If it's directly on the nipple then I would advise medical attention.
If it's simply on the areola then it could be possibly a small oil duct (yes, those are there too), try exfoliating gently then apply some pimple reducer cream, something over the counter. I know that it's sooooo not recommended by people but I'm a "picker" who continues to mess with a pimple until it's gone, you can sterilize the area with alcohol and take a tiny pin (sterilized too) and very gently pick at the top layer of skin covering the pimple. Very gently apply pressure on each side of it with q-tips to try to drain it (just like a zit on your face). Hopefully this helps some!
