How do i feel energized?!

Question: i know ive asked loads of questions like this but i havent been specific.

In the morning, i have crust under my eyes, feel bad, smell bad, hair is messed up and i dont have much time to get ready. i do wake up earlier and take a shower but i dont have time to wash/blowdry my hair, so my head feels ugly in the morning. also after i take my shower i dont have a lot of time to groom myself.
i have to wake up at 5:30 in order to groom myself, take a shower, put on make up, eat, wash my face, get dressed, brush my teeth, pack my stuff to be out the door by 6:30 for school. ANY HELP!?

ps.
i want to feel nice and fresh (cooled off smelling nice etc) but i end up feeling warm and sluggish.

Showering everyday will really help! I'm not sure of your daily schedule but have you considered adding exercise into your daily routine? Talk about energy! Woo!! Caffeine/guarana and all those energy drinks have nothing on the natural energy from exercise!

Your time is really limited so you should plan in advance. If I were in your shoes this what I would do.

1. The night before I would have my outfit ready to go for the next day, that way I don't have to worry about it in the morning, I just get dressed and that's that. This includes any jewelry or other accessories.

2. The night before I'd decide what I'm going to have for breakfast the next day and either have something ready that I can grab and eat with me on the way, or, have everything out and ready to go so it's easier to prepare in the morning (using common sense by leaving frozen/cold items in the fridge!).

3. Put the alarm clock across the room from me so that I am not tempted to hit the snooze, forcing me to get up anyway to turn it on. No dawdling.

4. Go immediately into the kitchen and drink water while either getting breakfast or making sure all my stuff is ready to go. I would have made sure my stuff was packed the night before.

5. No TV - too distracting. If I need motivation music helps so I'd flip on the radio then run back to the shower, bringing the toothbrush in there with me. Nothing wrong with brushing your teeth in the shower just make sure to spit directly into to the drain (bleh I hate spit).

6. Put your hair in a towel, put the clothes on and then apply the makeup. Towel dry the hair and either put product in it for a natural, wavy look or put it up with a clip or in a pony tail.

7. You are out the door and on time! No stress!

It's really not that hard to do you know. :) If you still feel pressed for time here are some other things that may help you save time:

1. Consider getting a wash and go cut. There are some really nice hairstyles that are meant to dry naturally, without a hair dryer. You wash the hair, towel dry it so it's not dripping and viola.

2. If a wash and go cut is not your thing then why not wash your hair the night before? This way you can sleep with it dampened in the towel and it will be SO SOFT in the morning and almost completely dry- much easier to work with than a head of wet hair. Plus you won't need to be in the shower too long in the morning since all you need to do is soap up and rinse off your body.

3. Consider cutting back on the makeup. I don't wear makeup everyday but when I do wear it it's more natural looking and I don't cake it on. I use Aveda products and while adding natural, subtle hints of color they are easy to use, quick to put on and it only takes about 5 minutes (blush, eye shadow, eye liner, mascara, lip liner, lipstick/gloss, and perfume). Trust me, that little bit of makeup goes a long way and it looks so much more classy and elegant rather than caking on the cheap stuff.

Most importantly, make sure you are getting enough sleep each night so your bum isn't dragging in the morning.

Don't stress, you can do it. :)

P U lol!

I felt the same this morning, but I was happy also because Im in love. x] yep!

Start off by, I know bare with me, buying refreshing axe body wash, and another of your favorite kinds of soap, and washing down with axe firstly, it opens up pores, it smells great, and it helps clear sinuses so your not all groggy. :] And then eat a shocktart, wakes you up all sugary woo.

I sometimes feel like this too. so its not abnormal.
for crust under your eyes, the doctor told me to use a cotton wool bud and dab baby shampoo onto the areas which get crusty by the morning. Baby shampoo doesn't sting and if you do this every night it makes your eyes feel fresh and non-crusty by the morning.
Go to bed slightly earlier so you have longer sleep. if you wash your hair in evenings and blow dry it then, then you can just have a quick 5-10minute shower each morning without having to wash your hair. And get everything ready for the morning the night before. - bags, clothes, sports kit, make-up whatever you need to take to school and whatever you need to get ready in the morning, set it all out ready so that when you've had a shower and had some breakfast, you have everything organised which will be easier, quicker and less stressful.
Also, by being more organised, independant and getting more sleep will make you feel loads better. Also, you may be doing this already, but a healthy diet increases your mental health, making you feel more energetic and fresh. so for breakfast, eat 2 pieces of fruit and take some to school with you. Also keep up exercise, that's the best way to get fit, feel more energized and will make you feel more tired in evenings. Finally, buy yourslef a nice deodrant and get into a routine of using it.
If you do all of these things, it certainly makes me feel fresh and fit every morning. Even if you try a couple of my suggestions, you should feel a difference once you get into a routine. hope i helped.........x

What kind of hellhole of a school starts that early? I guess I would have to suggest doing a rail.
