I'm 14 and I wanted to know if you think it's old enough? Some people don't.
And if I were to, how would I go about doing it?

Yes, you are old enough. You just have to be careful. Neutrogena makes little bitty razors called bikini razors that are good to use in that area.
Well, it's not really the question.. "am i old enough?". It's more.. "am i ready?" and "what is more comfortable for me?". You don't have to, If you don't want to. Some people never do. But, you can if you would like. You just shave it very carefully with your razor, just as you would shave your legs.

I started before I started messing around with guys so about 14. Don't worry about what other people think, they don't have to see you coochie so they shouldn't care. Shave with the hair growth NOT against. You also may want to get bikini area shaving cream to reduce ingrown hairs and razor burn.
you are not too old. First you could cut some off with scissors, but dont get too close to the skin. THis way when you use a razor it is easier... but one thing ...when you shave there you get red bumps and it can be itchy... just wait for a while and do it only when neccessary like before going to a pool.

I started shaving at thirteen. Its totally fine. It also looks better when you wear a bathing suit or something. Go for it. Just be careful when you do it cuz cuts down there hurt pretty bad!

i would wait until the hair is black or just to much of it i started when i was 12 wish i didnt have to but it was nasty. i like it is old enough but its weather or not you really need it cuz once you do it gets thicker,darker and you have to shave like every other day just to keep it from looking horriable. but if you think its needed dont get disposables they cut you really but the venus are really good not matter how hard i have nevercut myself with it.
i mean if ur hairy and you feel like u wanna shave then yeah do that but i wouldnt recommend a shaver if u would u should use some kind of wax

WOW! I started shaving at age 9. Yes i think it is perfectly normal for you too. if you have a mother figure around she could show you.. If not here:
1. Wet your legs, in shower or bath.
2. Lather them up with either soap, shaving cream, or even conditioner.
3. Then take a razor and start at your ankles and move upward til the soap or shaving cream or whatever is pretty much gone.!
RINSE!

If the need is there I would do it. Be careful with a razor or buy a special type of razor. It's pretty much needed if you plan to swim. Other than bikini lines for a swimsuit...go ahead but it's not nessecary. No one should be seeing that part of the body,right?
Hello there its not to young for shaving if you feel the need to im a beautician & i would highly recommend to wax rather than shave as it minimises hair growh & they dont grow back very quick & they also dont grow back as thick you can get waxing treaments pretty reasonable these days or you can buy veet ready waxed strips from superdrug or a supermarket good luck!
