1!. A regular period occurs on a regular basis, and you can almost expect it!. Like, it occurs on around the 10th of every month, for example!. An irregular period could show up twice in one month or even every other month; it is unpredictable!.

regular periods are about four weeks apart and last 4-6 days generally!. but when you first start you may have only one or two days!. and irregular is say you have your period on the 10th of may then you have another 3 weeks later or like 2 weeks and what not!.!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Irregular periods are nothing to worry about, it's just after 4-5 years of menstrual cycling your's finally straightens out!. But It's nothing, it just has to straighten up itself!.

A healthy "normal" cycle is between 21-31 days!. You count from the first day of your period until the first day of your second period!. You should be between 21-31days!. Use your personal calendar and mark the day you have started on then mark the first day of the second time and then count the days inbetween including the days you have marked on the calendar!. My cycle can be from 21 to 38 days!. I highly do not recommend 38 days because it can make your body sick if you go too late!. Ovulation day is around day 12-14!. During which some ladies get lower abdominal pain, nausea or just an uncomfortable feeling!. This is considered normal!. Every woman's body is different but a abnormal period could mean really bad mood swings, nausea, vomiting, extreme pain, heavy bleeding, severe acne, migraines, and a hard time getting pregnant!. Now your cycle and if your having weird symptoms write them down on your personal calendar what happened on what day!. That info!. can help your doctor help you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
