You should really try to wear tampons!. They are great, you're "cleaner" (no blood everywhere, just when you change them), and they are NOT scary!. Just change them regularly!. they don't hurt either!. Just read the directions!

If you're wearing a pad (if you can find one that will stick to a wet bathing suit), it would be full of water!. I don`t think it is proper to use a hot tub whether you wear a tampon or not during your period!. In this day and age with the spread of AIDS and hepatitis through blood, it is risky for all using the tub including yourself!. Especially in such a small crowded area!. Tampons are not waterproof and can only absorb so much, nothing is foolproof, it only takes a drop of blood and an open skin wound!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
