Question: What (with breasts)is considered reconstruction and what is cosmetic!?

i would guess that cosmetic is changing the size, either enlarging or reducing them and reconstruction would be used after a breast has been disfigured due to cancer or an accident or something that changes the normal shape of it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
When a woman has a mastectomy then its reconstruction to have implants where there would be nothing!. Anything else is cosmetic!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
