So I have been dealing with this for awhile!. I would say the last 3months I have lost 20-25 pounds!. I know this can do alot of stuff to your body!. But I cant stop!. I see a therapist!. The only thing I have going on right now of the side effects is hair falling out, tried, cold hands, heart fells like it is working harder, i start to feel dizzy somtimes and I don't go number 2 very much!. I'm just not sure what to do!. I know just eat, but I get really bad anxity about it!. The reason for me that I started it is bc i keeped getting hurt for people (mostly guys sexuly) So I though if i stoped eating then they would not see me and would not want to be with me!. Ok, Listen I became anorexic when I was eleven, I am almost 27 now and I still have the mental capacity for the disease!.
First of all continue to see your doctor, the people that hurt you will still see you and you know that!.
You need to tell yourself that even know you know why you do this to your body, you can stop it!. You will have moments in time where you relapse, but the longer you do this you will kill yourself, you are already showing signs of malnutrition and your heart will not work as hard!.
You are very far along on your sickness, you need to go check yourself into a clinic so you can get back on the right track and you may have to do that a couple of times!. Can you find a confident you a can talk to, are you young!? a teenager or a young adult!? If you are you can call officials if your parents are helping you enough and they will help you,that is what happen to me, I do not starve my self anymore, but sometimes I look in a mirror and doubt myself and then I have to ask someone I trust how I look, But rarely so I go thru that anymore!.
You are strong,there is strength in you!. Do want your body needs (food) and get your mind help so you can be healthy and whole again!. There are so many women who have been where you are and if you let them we can all help you!.
I am so sorry that you have been hurt so bad to the point where you have to punish yourself, just remember you did not do anything wrong!. You are strong!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Hi sweetie- I'm a 22 year old college student, and I have lived with roommates who have gone through pretty much the same thing as you!. Also when I was younger!.!.!. around age 10-12, I quit eating because I wanted to stop growing!.!.!. I was the tallest and weighed the most in my class!. I understand that your mind is preoccupied with food, and the thought of eating will make you anxious!.!.!. but it is important for your body to have nourishment in order for it to stay healthy!. All the symptoms you listed are warning signs that your body is sending you!. You're body is pretty much kicking into survival mode!.!.!. which it can do for only a short period of time!. Even though i don't know you, I am concerned for you well being, and think that this is something you should talk to your therapist about!. You don't have to risk your health in order to have people respect you!. Don't allow them to have that control over you because people like that are not worth it!. There are other ways to demand and get respect out of people!. Perhaps this is something your therapist can help you with!. I have never been in your place before, so I am going to give you suggestions to try to help!. You already know that anorexia is bad so you don't need to be told that!. It is probably really hard to overcome anorexia, so instead of eating 3 meals a day, try eating 7 or 8 small portion meals a day every 2 or 3 hours!. It might make you seem like you aren't eating as much if you eat small portions throughout the day!. This might help with the anxiety you're feeling!. Keep a bag of crackers or a granola bar or some kind of healthy snack with you at all times and just graze on it!. Take baby steps if you have to to get back on a normal diet!. If you have a scale in your house, you need to get rid of it or have someone hide it for a while so you can't sit and obsess about your weight!. If a guy tries to do something of a sexual nature with you, just tell him no!. If he won't back off, you can threaten to call the cops on him or actually call the cops!. Find someone (a close friend or relative) that you can confide in and have them help you through this tough time!. The support of a true friend or family member can only help you during this time!. Tell them about everything and tell them that you just need them to help you!. You don't need someone to tell you what's wrong, because you know what is!. I want to stop but then Im not slim enough!.!. :/ Its a hard siduation!. Honestly I don't know what you should do, maybe eat toast for breakfast!. Just a piece, try it slowly!. I know it seems like alot at first but your a good weight now, its okay to have alittle more!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

oh hun i know excactly what you are going through, because i was anorexic!. it is hard and i am very concerned for you!. try and talk to you thaerapist about this and try and eat healthy and norashing meals!. dont listen to those mean people because they are jerks!. stay close with your friends and if they know about it they will try there hardest to help you along with your family!. i hope this helps, take care sweetie!. =]Www@Answer-Health@Com
