Question: Why is the message about unprotected sex is not clear to many young people!?
We talk about sex!. We talk about safe sex!. We talk to them about the danger if they have unprotected sex!. And still to this day why is there so many kids out there that are being tested for aids!? Why are there so many kids out there having abortions!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

You have parents and some schools teaching only the 'don't have sex' theory, so they skip the birth control!. and STD issues, figuring if no sex, no problem!. Being poorly informed is a big problem, girls and boys need to know the details to eliminate the 'my friend told me that!.!.!.' problem!. Parents need to relaize they have kids who are sexual!. We don't all talk about sex, we aren't all educated about safe sex!. It's not as simple as kids being told the message and not listening to it!. Some schools dont even teach their students about safe sex, they teach abstinence instead!. And you might say well what about their parents, well some kids come from families where thereparents have a low level of eucation too!. There are a huge numbe rof issues which contribute to this problem!. It's social, it's an education problem, it's many may problems!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

its because most teens think they are invincible and nothing will happen to them!. my friend was tested for HIV came back neg but still has unproted sex!. and they are also having abortions because 1!. they relise they have stuffed up and they cant take care of the baby!. and 2!. they do it again because they think that if they do get pregnant they can just have an abortion!. but they dont know about how they will feel after!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
There are many myths related to sex which cause this!. Many young kids are simply curious about it due to needless exposure to sex!. Also it is basically on instinct and no one wants to run out to get precautions!. Some of them just feel shy going out to buy precautionary aid before doing something!. Well I heard from my friend that talking about sex with your kids will make them more likely to have sex and that it was proven through polls!. (ehh I don't really believe it)
I'm thinkin its mostly because of the people around the young people that pressure or influence others to have sex!. On top of that most people are just careless when it comes to sex!.

A lot of teenagers just seem to do it without thinking of the concequences as that's what teenagers do, or they don't think that it will happen to them in the heat of a moment!.
Another issue is the education about safe sex!. We are all aware of it, but it comes to irresponsible teens just having sex because they're there and horny, they just get ahead of themselves!.
But then again there are those who use protection and it fails!.
Teens are having so many abortions these days as there is such a focus of making sure that education is finished and the teen years can be relished, so abortion is the only option!.
